Jaxon was known for his kind heart, infectious smile, and boundless love for his family. He was the firstborn son of Steve and Rondi Fox and a very devoted brother to Madison, McKenna, and Andrew. His aunt, Tamara Berg Fox, took to Facebook and said the family was in shock over the death, stating: “There are no words to describe the heartbreak our whole family is feeling. Please pray for the Fox and Zumwalt families.”

Cathy Pierce, Jaxon’s aunt, also paid tribute to the “kindest, most loving soul” who loved his family above everything else. “Our hearts are heavy with this unimaginable loss,” she penned, assuring that she takes solace in faith and belief in seeing Jaxon again.
Community Rallies to Support the Fox Family

A GoFundMe account was created by Kevin Tenney, a cousin of the Fox family, under the name “Support the Fox Family in Jaxon’s Memory” right after the tragedy struck. The fundraising campaign has a goal of $13,000 to help the family with the expenses for the funeral and also to financially support them during the period of grieving. The total amount so far is $5,263 from 48 donations.

Tenney had a personal reason for organizing the fundraiser: her own child had died, and Steve was there for her. “Steve was there for me when my child passed away,” she said. “Now I hope to be able to do the same.”

The news of Jaxon’s passing has been devastating for the Herriman community, with social media being inundated with expressions of love and condolences. He will continue to live on in all those lives that he touched through his warmth, his giving nature, and his endless love for his family and friends.

Funeral arrangements will be announced within the next few days by the family.
