She was an active member of the Assembleia de Deus and held important functions within the church—most notably, the Culto de Mulheres, in which thousands of women were spiritually ministered to and empowered. Married to Bishop Samuel Ferreira for 34 years, Keila helped spread the church’s outreach programs. Together, they built one of the most influential evangelical institutions in Brazil.
